Do you live or exist?

Well, that is a decision you will have to make as an individual. When you choose to "LIVE", you are simply allowing yourself to accomplish your purpose and implement your goals. On the other hand, when you "EXIST", you wake up to do what you think you are supposed to, with no zeal nor ambition to become better, the greatest task you undertake is waiting for your time in this world to expire.

Mastering Life Seasons With Karegeous is here to walk with you and ensure that you "LIVE" not "EXIST". We will navigate through the different periods that come in life. From conception, all the way to adulthood while exploring the challenges that come with those life stages. As a child, there could be separation anxiety, identity confusion in teenage years, the aspect of balancing career and family as a spouse, friend, parent, sibling, son, or daughter, and not forgetting the dating and singlehood phase.

This is sure going to be an interesting journey. I choose to "LIVE", that is the reason why I started this blog. To encourage, inspire, motivate and put a smile on my readers. As a professional counseling psychologist, a certified professional negotiator, and youth mentor I hope that I will meet the needs of my readers and be part of the change that we direly need in society. My feet may not reach the ends of the world but am certain that my blogs can.
